A Good Hearty Breakfast!
So, after a long night in downtown Columbus jumping from bar to bar, a very satisfying breakfast is in order. It's been a while since I have had spam, but let me tell you this: it will not be the last time for sure. Breakfast Hawaiian style.

Fotoshop by Adobe
I found this to be pretty funny. If you are a photographer, you'll know what I mean.
From The Hips
I titled this post, "From The Hips", in reference to the method of not using the viewfinder on the camera and just kind of firing from the hips. You know? as seen in most action, shoot 'em up films in which the protagonist works his/her way through waves of enemies all of whom are firing their weapons without the slightest aim or concern from a low position adjacent to the referenced... "hip". In those movies, firing from the hip never seems to work out well for the shooter, but I am posting these to show that sometimes, firing from the hips can pay off. I don't recommend only shooting with this method, but hopefully you will agree with me that with anything creative and visual, a lack of technical/professional "know-how" can often lead to a very aesthetically pleasing finished product, and isn't that what we are really after in this business? I hope you all enjoy.
It has been a while.
So here it is, I am pushing three months since my last, which also happens to be my first, post. Many things have changed for me in the past few months. I am now heading in a new direction with my career; but that is either here nor there. Until I can really grasp what this blog is going to be, I have decided that I will share some of my past work as a wedding photographer.

New Blog! First Post! Yeahya!
Hello to all that find their way to this page. My name is Tommy, and I started this blog as an alternative creative outlet for me. I find that since graduating from college with a degree in fine art from The Ohio State University right here in wonderful Columbus, Ohio, my creative muscle has remained unflexed for quite some time and has turned into a slightly soggy, pudding like substance due to being left untouched. I work in social work mon-fri and am a photographer on the nights and weekends. I plan to use this blog as stated previously, a creative outlet. I absolutely love music and I also plan to incorporate that into this. As for now, this concludes my first post (my parents are on their way to Columbus and that means free dinner for me). Photos and opinions galore to come.
